MVNOs like Mint, Cricket, and Visible run on these networks too, along with more than 90 regional carriers.

Introducing the Office 300

The Office 300 is a complete cell signal system for your building. It pairs our bestselling multi-carrier amplifier with a high-gain roof antenna and two low-profile ceiling domes to bring reliable signal to every device on every network inside of your business.

Day to day, that means your people make and take calls at their desks instead of stepping outside, your customers stay connected while they're with you, and the hotspots, alarm panel, and card readers ride the same boosted signal. The complaints just stop.

It's also completely handled for you. The antenna choices, the 50-versus-75-Ohm question, the cable runs, and the placement decisions that stall most booster installs are either built into the system or settled by the crew at your building. Nothing plugs into your network, and nobody sets anything up on their phone.

The price covers everything you need from start to finish, including the team that installs it, the initial signal analysis, hardware placement, the installation itself, tuning, troubleshooting, and the final walkthrough.

It's built for the office that needs the signal fixed more than it wants another project. Your only homework is checking the bars on a phone outside, and the coverage table below turns that reading into an answer.

Reliable calls & data in places that are currently dead zones

The installer will strategically mount the inside antennas to provide boosted signal to the areas of your business that need it most.

White glove service with a 100% satisfaction guarantee

The installers handle every part of the installation. If you're not happy, they'll come back out and make it right, or if that's not possible, refund you in full.

You can see it working in real time.

The amplifier's LCD shows you the status of the booster, band by band, resulting in a better installation and easier troubleshooting.

No monthly fees or extra charges, even if you change networks

The Office 300 boosts every band the FCC allows, so it will continue working even if you change carriers or move to a new network. One purchase, no monthly fees.

How the Office 300 Works

The Office 300 works by receiving the existing cell signal from nearby towers, amplifying it, and then broadcasting it throughout the building for better connectivity. We've walked through each step below in more detail.

The outside antenna receives the existing cell signalfrom the nearby cell towers and passes it over a low-loss cable into the building.

The amplifier receives & boosts the cell signalby up to 72 dB, the max boosting allowed by the FCC, and then passes it to the inside antennas

The two inside antennas broadcast the boosted signalthroughout the building, so you get reliable connectivity in every part of your business.

Why pay more for the Office 300

It's no secret that you can purchase the exact same setup with the Office 200 for a cheaper price, so why should you go with the Office 300?

It all comes down to resources and time.

If you have a crew that can run cable and install antennas, then you don't need the Office 300's included professional installation, so the Office 200 is the better solution for you.

If you don't have an installation team ready to tackle this project, then the Office 300's included professional installation is your best choice and absolutely worth the price.

Should you buy the 200 instead?

Do you have a facilities crew that can run cable and install components? Choose the Office 200 and we'll help you select the perfect setup for your space.

How Much of Your Building Will It Cover?

The amount of coverage that the Office 300 can provide is determined by your existing outside signal and the density of your building.

How the Installation Works, Start to Finish

Here's exactly who does what and when.

Receive the Equipment

Once you place your order, we'll ship your equipment (antennas, amplifier, and components) directly to your door.

Schedule the Installation

Inside the box you receive will be an installation card with a unique code. Follow the instructions on that card to schedule your installation at a date and time that's convenient for you.

Be Prepared

Let the installer know in advance if you have very high ceilings or roof access is limited. If you don't own the building, then you'll need to receive permission and roof access in advance. If you need help, we can help you coordinate with the installer.

System is Installed

The installer will perform a site survey, review the building for cable runs and mounting options, and then will perform the install. They'll then do a post-installation review to ensure that the system is providing reliable, boosted signal, and sign off with you, the customer.

Who installs it: licensed and insured crews that are certified to install the Office 300.

Note: If you've purchased multiple Office 300s then please let us know, and we will ask the installer to plan all of the installations together.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 3.8 / 5 from 6 reviews.

Absolutely terrible follow through. Received equipment and scheduled "professional installation". Tech arrived and had no idea how to install the equipment nor test it. Shipment didn't contain the "cables" so he just used our old ones and direct swapped the hardware the same as we had a 10 year old system. No ability to test it. Didn't know where to install antennas or the best placement. Didn't have tools to test it. Told us he just installs residential satellites, and this probably shouldn't have gone to him. Poor customer service contacts at Wilson... just pointless. Tech left with the parts just attached to cables we already had, and told us to work with Wilson to resolve.

weBoost Installed Office 300 - Includes Professional Installation | 479047

Store owner replied: We understand how frustrating this was for you, and you’re absolutely right to feel that way. The installer didn’t come prepared with the right tools or parts, and that left you with an experience that fell far short of what you should expect. On our side, we were working with the manufacturer, with weBoost, and with OnTech to get this fixed, but the process dragged out longer than it should have. That delay added to the frustration, and we felt it too as we pushed to get answers and a resolution. This was also a more complex installation than most because of the rural location, the type of building, and the roof access involved. Those factors added to the difficulty, but they don’t take away from how frustrating the process was for you. The good news is that we were able to get you set up with the Office 200 and, with the right installation support, it finally came together. Now you have a system that works the way it should, even if the road to get there was longer and more frustrating than it should have been.

The installation technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very professional, and the installation was completed quickly and efficiently. The signal in our building is very good now and we are very happy with the we-boost system. Thanks, Joe

FAQ

What's the difference between the Office 200 and the Office 300?

The amplifier is the same, the rest of the package isn't. The Office 300 takes that amplifier and adds upgraded antennas, a high-gain omni on the roof and two low-profile ceiling domes, plus the professional installation. A certified crew comes to your building, runs a signal analysis, mounts and tunes everything, and shows you the working system before they leave. The base Office 200 is the do-it-yourself path. You pick the antenna configuration that fits your building, and you or your contractor handle the mounting, the cable runs, and the placement, with our phone support the whole way. If your team is comfortable on a ladder and wants to spec its own system, the 200 saves you money. If you'd rather sign off on a finished system, this is the one.

Does it work with all carriers at the same time?

Yes. The Office 300 boosts every US carrier at once (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and the regional networks included), so nobody has to track who's on what. There's nothing to pair and nothing to set up per phone. Anything with a cellular radio in range of the inside antennas rides the same boosted signal, including hotspots, tablets, alarm panels, and card readers. The one caveat worth knowing is T-Mobile's 600 MHz band. It carries a lot of their rural coverage, and no booster in this class amplifies it. If your office runs on T-Mobile well outside a metro area, call us at 1-888-974-8237 and we'll check which band your signal is on before you buy.

What does the price include? Are there any extra costs?

One price covers the hardware and the full installation: the amplifier, the roof antenna, the two ceiling domes, the mounting hardware, the cable the installer brings and cuts to length, and the installer's work from the site survey through the final walkthrough. There is no monthly fee afterward, you own the system outright.

A few things are yours rather than the installer's: a permit if your city requires one, a standard outlet within reach of the amplifier, and the building owner's approval for roof access. The installer works from ladders during regular business hours, so if the roof or the ceilings need a long ladder or a lift, or a cable run will be unusually long, tell us when you order, because those are decided case by case before the installation is scheduled.

How much of our building will it cover?

Up to 15,000 sq ft with a strong outside signal. Coverage scales with the signal the outside antenna receives, so a building with five bars at the roof gets far more reach than one with two, and concrete, metal, and low-E glass all shorten it from there.

The two ceiling domes each cover their own area, and for a two story office the installer typically places one per floor. None of this is guesswork on your end. The installer measures the signal at your building before anything goes permanent, places the domes over the areas that need coverage most, and confirms the result with you.

If your building is larger than one system reaches at your signal level, the answer is a second system rather than more domes, and the table under the coverage section shows what two and three systems reach.

Do I need my carrier's permission to use it?

Not before you buy. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, along with more than 90 regional carriers, have already given blanket consent for boosters certified to current FCC standards, and the Office 300 is one of them. FCC rules do require a quick registration with your carrier once the system is in, which is free and takes a few minutes online. It's a notification rather than an application, so there's nothing to wait on. If you're on a smaller regional carrier and want certainty, we'll check it with you, just ask.

Is this a 50-Ohm or a 75-Ohm system?

The Office 300 is a 75-Ohm system. That distinction matters when you're designing your own installation, because it decides which cable and antenna family you buy, and mismatched components cost you signal. Here it's already settled. The crew brings the matched 75-Ohm antennas and cable, then installs the complete system, so there's no decision left on your side. If you're weighing the do-it-yourself Office 200 instead, that one comes in both versions, and the right pick depends on cable you may already have in the building and the runs you're planning. That's a five-minute phone call, and we'll sort it out with you before you buy anything.

Who does the actual installation?

A licensed and insured crew that's certified on this equipment does the work. We schedule the visit with you after you order. The crew shows up with everything the job needs, and your part is having three answers ready, the bars outside your building, your rough square footage, and who controls roof access. You don't need to source a contractor, pull your facilities team off other work, or supervise anything. The crew handles the roof work, the cable runs, and the tuning, then walks you through the finished install.

How long does the install take?

It is done in one visit, and the size and layout of your space set the pace. The installer starts with the site survey, then mounts the roof antenna, routes and seals the cable, places the ceiling domes, and tunes the system.

The visit ends with a walkthrough where you watch the bars change on a phone before the installer packs up. Your business day goes on more or less as normal, since the bulk of the work happens on the roof and above the ceiling.

Can you install after hours or on a weekend?

The installation is scheduled during regular business hours. Most of the work happens on the roof and above the ceiling, so your business day goes on around it.

If your building cannot take a ladder and drilling during working hours, tell us when you order and we will ask OnTech what is possible for your building.

Will it work with our ceiling type?

Yes, the domes mount to drop tile, hard lid (drywall), and open joist ceilings alike. The installer picks the right mount and placement for your ceiling on the spot, and the low profile domes sit nearly flush, so they read as building infrastructure rather than equipment someone bolted on.

The installer works from ladders. Unusually high ceilings, the kind over a warehouse floor or a two story lobby, are decided case by case before the installation is scheduled, so mention them when you order.

Do you install everywhere in the US? What about Canada?

Yes, all 50 states. A few remote areas can take longer to schedule, so if your building sits well off the beaten path, check with us on timing for your area before you order. Canada is a different story for now, since the install network is US-based. We can still spec the system for a Canadian building and help you plan the work with your own installer.

What happens if the installer finds we need more than this package?

Nothing goes permanent until the numbers check out. The installer measures the signal first, and if your building needs more than one system, or a different layout, we design the right system with you before any drilling starts. You are never stuck owning hardware that cannot do the job. That is what the site survey is for, and the 90 day guarantee backs it up.

The same goes for the rare building with no usable signal outside. A booster amplifies the signal the outside antenna receives and cannot create signal from nothing, so if that is your situation the installer does not mount anything and the guarantee covers it.

Can we add more inside antennas later?

No. The installed Office 300 is one amplifier and two ceiling domes, and the installer puts in what comes in the box.

When a building needs more coverage than one system gives, the answer is a second system with its own outside antenna and amplifier. The 2 Systems and 3 Systems products linked at the top of this page are exactly that, with every system installed.

Does it connect to our network or Wi-Fi?

No. The system runs completely standalone. Nothing plugs into your network, nothing touches your Wi-Fi, and no software gets installed anywhere. It runs off one standard 110 V outlet. The amplifier's LCD shows its status band by band, so checking on the system means glancing at a wall rather than opening a ticket. Your IT team's total involvement is zero, which is usually their favorite spec on this page. Phones pick it up automatically, the way they do any cell signal, with nothing to pair and nothing to enroll.

What if it doesn't fix our signal?

You get 90 days to prove it in your building, and if it doesn't perform, we make it right or refund everything you paid, including the installation. That's the backstop, though the process is built so you rarely need it. The installer confirms your outside signal before anything goes permanent, and the visit ends with you seeing the bars yourself, so you know where you stand before the crew leaves, not weeks later. If something looks off after they've gone, call us. Most issues sort out over the phone.

We rent our building. Does that change anything?

Only one thing, the roof. The outside antenna mounts up there, and roof work usually needs the landlord's sign-off, so start that conversation before install day is on the calendar. Landlords deal with rooftop equipment all the time. Satellite dishes and HVAC crews paved this road long ago, and a signal antenna is a small ask next to either. If your landlord has questions, or roof access at your building is limited, talk to us first and we'll figure out what's workable.

Who fixes it if something stops working a year from now?

Call us first, 1-888-974-8237. Support is lifetime and US-based, and most of what looks like a failure is a placement or settings issue that resolves over the phone with the amplifier's LCD in front of you. If the hardware itself fails, it's covered by weBoost's 3-year manufacturer warranty, and that service goes through them directly. We'll help you confirm what failed and what to ask for before you contact them, so you're not starting that conversation cold. There's no service contract behind any of this, the system just runs.

Can I expedite the shipping or the install?

Usually, yes. Shipping can often move faster, and install dates come down to crew calendars in your area, so the earlier we know your deadline, the more we can do with it. Call us before you order with whatever's driving the clock, the occupancy date, the inspection, the event, and we'll build the schedule backward from it.

Can we take it with us if we move?

Yes. The hardware unbolts and moves with you, nothing about the system is tied to the building where it was first installed. You'd be re-running cable at the new address, so plan on a proper reinstall rather than a same-day swap. Ask us about scheduling a crew at the new building and we'll price that work. Coverage may read differently at the new address too, since the system boosts whatever signal the outside antenna receives there.

Do you take purchase orders and tax-exempt orders?

Yes to both. POs, tax-exempt processing with your certificate, and W-9s and vendor onboarding forms are all normal business here. Start with the quote form on this page or call 1-888-974-8237, and we'll send a formal quote you can route for approval. When the paperwork comes back, send the PO or pay by card. Either works, and we ship and schedule from there. Buying for more than one building? One quote can cover every site, and adding the next building later takes one email. If the approval runs long and your quote lapses along the way, ask us to refresh it and we'll reissue it.
