The weBoost Dash is a single-device booster, meaning it only improves signal for the phone that’s physically placed on the magnetic charging mount inside your vehicle. If your phone isn’t on the mount, it won’t receive the boosted signal.

The weBoost Dash is designed for quick, no-drill installation. Most drivers can set it up in under 10 minutes with no tools required.

Start by placing the magnetic outside antenna on the roof of your vehicle, ideally near the center and at least 12 inches away from other antennas or windows. The cable can be routed through a door or hatchback. It’s flexible enough to close in most doors without damage. If your vehicle has an aluminum roof, use the included adhesive disk instead of the magnet.

Next, connect the antenna cable to the booster. A common spot for the booster is under a seat or tucked near the center console. From there, run the second cable to the magnetic signal boosting wireless charger and secure it using the included Velcro or by setting it in a cupholder or dash-mounted cradle.

Plug the power adapter into your 12-volt vehicle outlet and connect it to the booster. The system powers on automatically. If your vehicle’s outlet always stays on, you can unplug it when not in use to prevent draining the battery.

Place your phone onto the magnetic charging surface. Make sure the bottom of the phone lines up between the charger’s reference lines for the strongest signal and fastest charging. If your phone does not support MagSafe or Qi2 alignment, attach the included magnetic ring to the back of your phone or case to center it properly.

For best performance:

• Make sure the outside antenna has a clean line of sight to the sky
• Keep the booster tucked away and the cables secured to avoid tripping or damage
• Do not coil extra cable near the booster
• Remove the outside antenna before going through a car wash
