The Enterprise 1300 is designed for professional-grade performance, but the actual setup can be done by a qualified installer or an experienced in-house team. It supports two installation modes: common mode and split mode.

Common Mode Setup

In most standard installations, you'll use one donor antenna to capture outside signal. This setup is easier and works well when all carrier towers are in the same direction. The system defaults to this mode out of the box.

Split Mode Setup

If your building is in an area where cell towers for different carriers are in different directions, you can connect up to three donor antennas. Each port handles a different set of frequency bands, so each antenna can be aimed independently to maximize signal from specific towers. This setup gives you better control and stronger indoor coverage, especially in complex environments.

Antenna Placement Tips

• Outdoor antenna: Mount it as high as possible in the direction of the strongest signal. Try multiple locations before finalizing placement.
• Indoor antenna: Install it in the center of your target coverage zone. If you’re using multiple antennas, each one should serve a separate zone.
• Separation is key: Keep indoor and outdoor antennas far apart to avoid feedback (oscillation). At least 50 feet apart with physical barriers between them is a good starting point.
• Cable routing: Use the provided Wilson400 coaxial cable, and avoid coiling excess cable near the amplifier.

Remote Monitoring Setup

You can monitor and manage the system in real-time using WilsonPro Cloud. The amplifier connects through its built-in LTE modem (no internet connection required), or optionally through a hardwired Ethernet connection. Just scan the QR code on the unit to register it.

From there, you can:

• Get email or text alerts
• View signal history
• Reset or adjust the system remotely
• Use the antenna tuning tool during install

Once everything is in place and powered on, the onboard LCD touchscreen will show the status of each band and help you troubleshoot any issues.
