MVNOs like Mint, Cricket, and Visible run on these networks too, along with more than 90 regional carriers.

Introducing the Installed Office 300 - 2 Systems

The Office 300 with professional installation is designed to provide strong coverage up to 2,000 sq ft when you have a weak existing outside signal (and much more if you have a moderate to strong signal), but what happens if your space needs more coverage than one system can provide?

The answer is to split your space into two separate zones and cover each with an Office 300. The boosters are installed side by side and provide seamless coverage throughout your space. Phones and mobile devices can travel through the zones without handoff problems or even realizing there is a booster system in place.

This is exactly how we design enterprise-level solutions for the largest, most complex installations, and it scales down perfectly for a smaller install in a commercial building.

We'll ship you the important components, including the amplifiers and antennas, and the installer will supply the cabling, supports, surge suppression, sealing, and anything else that is required for the installation. You'll still receive multiple installation cards for each Office 300 system, but we'll then work with you and OnTech to coordinate the installation so only one team arrives to perform the whole thing.

We do recommend having a discussion with one of our signal specialists before the installation, so they can help identify any areas that OnTech should know about, like roof access limitations, cable pathway blockers, distance constraints, and more. If you already know that one of those things may be a problem, contact us to discuss.

Our goal is to solve your problem as quickly and easily as possible, but we do understand that boosting signal has its challenges. Our team will work with you to address any problems and ensure a smooth installation, but if for some reason you're unhappy with the results, then you can return the components (the ones you're able to easily remove, like the amplifier) for a full refund.

What changes with more than one system

Coverage across the whole building, not just the area nearest one antenna

Each system has its own outside antenna and amplifier, so each one covers its own area of the building and the coverage adds up.

One project, handled for you

Every system is professionally installed, and after you book the installations we ask OnTech to link them so one installer handles them together.

You can see every system working

Each amplifier has its own display showing its status band by band, so you can read the state of each system without calling anyone.

No monthly fees, on every carrier

The systems boost every band the FCC allows for every US carrier at once, and there is nothing to pay after the purchase.

How the Systems Work

Each Office 300 system receives the outside signal with its own outside antenna, boosts it with its own amplifier, and broadcasts it through its own two ceiling domes. Two or three systems cover two or three areas of the building, and the areas add up to the whole.

How two weBoost Office 300 systems cover one commercial building: two outside antennas on the roof, two amplifiers, and two ceiling domes per system
Office 300 outside antenna on the roof

Each outside antenna receives the existing cell signalfrom the nearby towers and passes it over cable to its own amplifier.

Office 300 amplifier

Each amplifier boosts the signalby up to 72 dB, the most the FCC allows, and sends it to its own two domes.

Office 300 ceiling dome inside antenna

Each pair of domes broadcasts the boosted signalthrough its own area of the building.

Not sure how many systems you need?

Each system works on its own, and the installer decides which area each one covers during the site survey. A building with a third area to cover is what the Installed Office 300, 3 Systems is for, with every system installed.

How Much of Your Building Will They Cover?

Each system covers its own area, so these figures are the single system's coverage multiplied by the number of systems. Your outside signal and the building's construction set the result.

Need more coverage than three systems give?

A building that needs more than three systems, or one with a layout that needs thought, gets a system designed for it by our commercial team at no cost, and we can talk through installation options at the same time.

How the Installations Work, Start to Finish

Here's exactly who does what and when.

Receive the Equipment

Once you place your order, we ship every system to your door, one box per system, components only.

Schedule the Installations

Each box holds an installation card with its own code. Schedule each installation, ideally back to back, then tell us the dates.

We Ask for One Installer

We ask OnTech to link all of the installations so that one installer handles them together, with the time budgeted for all of them. OnTech decides who comes, so this is a request rather than a promise.

The Systems Are Installed

The installer measures the outside signal, decides which area each system covers, mounts the outside antennas, runs and seals the cable, places the domes, tunes each amplifier, and walks you through the working result.

Who installs it: licensed and insured installers certified on the Office 300.

Still Deciding?

  • Try it for 90 Days

The best way to see if the Office 300 will work for you is to install it in your space and see if it solves your signal problems. If you're not happy with the performance, return it for a full refund.

  • 3-Year Warranty

The equipment is protected by a 3-year hardware warranty, so you don't have to worry about the amplifier going out on you or one of the antennas stops working.

  • We're Here to Support You

You're not just buying a solution, you're also getting the support of a team that has decades of experience boosting signal in commercial buildings.

Absolutely terrible follow through. Received equipment and scheduled "professional installation". Tech arrived and had no idea how to install the equipment nor test it. Shipment didn't contain the "cables" so he just used our old ones and direct swapped the hardware the same as we had a 10 year old system. No ability to test it. Didn't know where to install antennas or the best placement. Didn't have tools to test it. Told us he just installs residential satellites, and this probably shouldn't have gone to him. Poor customer service contacts at Wilson... just pointless. Tech left with the parts just attached to cables we already had, and told us to work with Wilson to resolve.

Store owner replied: We understand how frustrating this was for you, and you’re absolutely right to feel that way. The installer didn’t come prepared with the right tools or parts, and that left you with an experience that fell far short of what you should expect. On our side, we were working with the manufacturer, with weBoost, and with OnTech to get this fixed, but the process dragged out longer than it should have. That delay added to the frustration, and we felt it too as we pushed to get answers and a resolution. This was also a more complex installation than most because of the rural location, the type of building, and the roof access involved. Those factors added to the difficulty, but they don’t take away from how frustrating the process was for you. The good news is that we were able to get you set up with the Office 200 and, with the right installation support, it finally came together. Now you have a system that works the way it should, even if the road to get there was longer and more frustrating than it should have been.

The installation technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very professional, and the installation was completed quickly and efficiently. The signal in our building is very good now and we are very happy with the we-boost system. Thanks, Joe

FAQ

Why two systems instead of adding more ceiling domes to one?

Because the installed Office 300 is one amplifier and two ceiling domes, and that is what the installer puts in. The installer does not add antennas beyond what comes in the box, so the coverage of one system is set by your outside signal and your building.

A second outside antenna feeding a second amplifier is what adds coverage. Each system then covers its own area, and the two areas add up to the building.

The count comes from your square footage, the signal outside, and the type of building. The coverage table on this page gives the figure for your building type at your signal level, and the table under it shows what one, two, and three systems add up to.

How does the installer decide where each system goes?

By measuring first. The installer reads the outside signal and walks the building to see where coverage is needed, then divides the building into two areas and assigns a system to each.

On a single floor that usually means one system for each half of the space. On two floors it usually means one system per floor, with each pair of domes placed over the desks and rooms that need the signal.

Both outside antennas can go on the same roof. What matters is the distance between each outside antenna and the domes inside, and the installer sets that during the installation.

Do we get one installer for both systems?

We ask OnTech for it. Each system ships with its own installation card, and once you have booked both installations, ideally back to back, you tell us the dates. We then contact OnTech and ask them to link the two so that one installer handles both together, with the time budgeted for both.

OnTech decides who comes, so this is a request rather than a promise. Booking both installations before you tell us the dates is what makes it possible.

What does the price include, and what is not included?

Both systems and both installations. That is the two amplifiers, the two outside antennas, the four ceiling domes, the mounting hardware, the cable the installer brings and cuts to length, and the installer's work at your building from the site survey through tuning and the walkthrough.

A few things are yours to have in place: a permit if your city requires one, a standard outlet within reach of each amplifier, and the building owner's approval for roof access. The installer brings ladders, runs the ordinary cable lengths a building this size needs, and works during regular business hours. If the roof or the ceilings need a long ladder or a lift, mention it when you order, and the same goes for any cable run that looks unusually long, because those are decided case by case before the installation is scheduled.

How much of our building will two systems cover?

Twice what one Office 300 covers at the same outside signal, because each system takes its own area. The coverage table on this page gives the figures by building type and signal strength, and those multi system figures are our estimates built from the single system's coverage.

The installer confirms the real result at your building. The signal reading comes first, the domes go where the coverage is needed, and you see the bars on a phone before the installer leaves. If the building turns out to need more than two systems, we design that with you before any drilling starts.

Who does the installation?

A licensed and insured installer certified on this equipment, through OnTech, in all 50 states. You book each installation with the card that ships with its system, and we ask OnTech to link the two so one installer handles both.

Before the installation, it helps to know the bars on a phone outside your building, roughly how many square feet each floor has, and who controls access to the roof. The installer brings everything else, does the roof work, the cable, and the tuning, and walks you through both systems when they are done.

What is the difference between this and two of the Office 200?

The amplifier is the same. The Office 200 is the do-it-yourself path: you choose the outside antenna and the type and number of inside antennas from its 48 configurations, and your team or your contractor mounts the antennas, runs the cable, and places everything, with our phone support along the way. Two of them means doing that twice.

This product is the professionally installed path. The antennas are chosen, the installer handles both installations, and the plan for the whole building is made by the person doing the work. If you have a facilities team that is comfortable on a roof and wants to spec its own systems, two Office 200s save you money. If you would rather sign off on a finished building, this is the one.

What happens if the installer finds we need more than two systems?

The signal reading comes before any mounting, so you find this out early. If the installer concludes that your building needs a third system, or a different layout, we work out the right system with you first, and you never end up owning equipment that cannot do the job.

A building with no usable signal outside is the other case. A booster amplifies the signal the outside antenna receives, so with nothing to receive there is nothing to boost. The installer does not mount anything in that case, and the 90 day guarantee covers it.

Can we add a third system later?

Yes. The installed Office 300 is one amplifier and two domes, and the installer puts in what comes in the box, so the way to cover more of the building later is a third system with its own outside antenna and amplifier, installed the same way these two were.

If you already know three areas need coverage, the Installed Office 300, 3 Systems covers the whole building from the start, with all three installed.

Can we start with one Office 300 and add the second later?

Yes. A second system goes in the same way the first did, with an outside antenna and an amplifier of its own, and its domes are placed over the area the first one left out.

Bought together, the whole building is measured once, both systems are placed with each other in mind, and we can ask OnTech for one installer for both. If you already know one system will not reach everywhere, buying the two together is the simpler path.

Does it connect to our network or Wi-Fi?

No. The systems are not part of your network, they never touch your Wi-Fi, and there is no software to install or keep up. Each amplifier needs a standard outlet within reach, which is yours to have in place, and the installer chooses where each amplifier goes with that in mind.

A phone treats the boosted signal like any other cell signal, so no one enrolls devices or pairs anything. If your IT team wants to see the systems working, each amplifier has a display for that, and otherwise they have nothing to do.

What if it doesn't fix our signal?

You have 90 days in your building to find out, counted from the day the equipment arrives, and if scheduling the installations pushes past that, tell us and we work with the window. The first move is always to fix it, with OnTech if the installation needs adjusting, because most coverage problems are placement problems.

If the two systems still have not fixed the signal, you return what can be removed, the amplifiers and the inside antennas, and the outside antennas can stay on the roof. You get back everything you paid, both installations included, and if one system is doing its job and the other is not, one can come back on its own for a partial refund.

Can you install after hours or on a weekend?

Installations happen during regular business hours. Two systems means two outside antennas and four domes going in, and nearly all of that work is on the roof and above the ceiling, so people at their desks mostly notice a ladder in the hallway.

If daytime work is a real problem for your building, say so when you order. We will put the question to OnTech, and you will have their answer before you commit to dates.

Will it work with our ceiling type?

Yes. Drop tile, drywall, and open joist ceilings all take the domes, and with two systems the two areas often have different ceilings, an office grid on one side and open joists in the shop on the other. The installer brings the mounts for both and decides placement in each area during the site survey.

Height is the thing to mention when you order. The installer works from a ladder, and a ceiling a long ladder cannot reach is decided case by case before any date is set.

Do you install everywhere in the US? What about Canada?

Yes, anywhere in the 50 states. Two systems at one address are booked as two installations and we ask OnTech to link them, and a rural address may wait longer for an installer than a city one, so ask us about timing first if that is you.

Canada is outside the installation network, and you would be paying for two installations that cannot happen, so this is not the product to buy for a building in Canada. We can still spec two Office 300 systems for a Canadian building and help you plan the installation with a contractor there.

Who fixes it if something stops working a year from now?

Start with a call to us at 1-888-974-8237. Two systems means two amplifiers with two displays, so the first thing we ask is which display looks different from the other, and that alone points at the system and the band with the problem. Most of these calls end with a setting changed or a dome moved.

When a part has actually failed, the 3-year weBoost warranty covers it, per system, and the claim goes to weBoost. We will tell you what to ask them for.

Can we take them with us if we move?

Yes. Both systems are yours, and nothing ties either one to the building it went into. Moving means new cable at the new address, so it is a second installation of both rather than something you do on moving day.

Tell us the new address and we will quote the two installations. The new building has its own outside signal, so expect the coverage to read differently there, possibly in both directions.

Does it work with all carriers at the same time?

Yes. The Office 300 boosts every US carrier at once (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and the regional networks included), so nobody has to track who's on what. There's nothing to pair and nothing to set up per phone. Anything with a cellular radio in range of the inside antennas rides the same boosted signal, including hotspots, tablets, alarm panels, and card readers. The one caveat worth knowing is T-Mobile's 600 MHz band. It carries a lot of their rural coverage, and no booster in this class amplifies it. If your office runs on T-Mobile well outside a metro area, call us at 1-888-974-8237 and we'll check which band your signal is on before you buy.

Do I need my carrier's permission to use it?

Not before you buy. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, along with more than 90 regional carriers, have already given blanket consent for boosters certified to current FCC standards, and the Office 300 is one of them. FCC rules do require a quick registration with your carrier once the system is in, which is free and takes a few minutes online. It's a notification rather than an application, so there's nothing to wait on. If you're on a smaller regional carrier and want certainty, we'll check it with you, just ask.

Is this a 50-Ohm or a 75-Ohm system?

The Office 300 is a 75-Ohm system. That distinction matters when you're designing your own installation, because it decides which cable and antenna family you buy, and mismatched components cost you signal. Here it's already settled. The crew brings the matched 75-Ohm antennas and cable, then installs the complete system, so there's no decision left on your side. If you're weighing the do-it-yourself Office 200 instead, that one comes in both versions, and the right pick depends on cable you may already have in the building and the runs you're planning. That's a five-minute phone call, and we'll sort it out with you before you buy anything.

We rent our building. Does that change anything?

Only one thing, the roof. The outside antenna mounts up there, and roof work usually needs the landlord's sign-off, so start that conversation before install day is on the calendar. Landlords deal with rooftop equipment all the time. Satellite dishes and HVAC crews paved this road long ago, and a signal antenna is a small ask next to either. If your landlord has questions, or roof access at your building is limited, talk to us first and we'll figure out what's workable.

Can I expedite the shipping or the install?

Usually, yes. Shipping can often move faster, and install dates come down to crew calendars in your area, so the earlier we know your deadline, the more we can do with it. Call us before you order with whatever's driving the clock, the occupancy date, the inspection, the event, and we'll build the schedule backward from it.

Do you take purchase orders and tax-exempt orders?

Yes to both. POs, tax-exempt processing with your certificate, and W-9s and vendor onboarding forms are all normal business here. Start with the quote form on this page or call 1-888-974-8237, and we'll send a formal quote you can route for approval. When the paperwork comes back, send the PO or pay by card. Either works, and we ship and schedule from there. Buying for more than one building? One quote can cover every site, and adding the next building later takes one email. If the approval runs long and your quote lapses along the way, ask us to refresh it and we'll reissue it.
