We know that every situation is different and in some cases, it’s possible that a signal booster may not work quite like you had hoped. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day return policy during which you can return your order for a full refund.

If you would like to return a product from your order, please call us at (888) 974-8237 and we will generate an RMA for you, and provide you with all of the information necessary to return the item.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, you should receive an email notification of your refund within 10 business days, depending on the number of items that need to be processed. If after 10 business days you have not received an email notification of your refund, then please contact us and we'll follow up for you.

Things to Remember when Preparing Your Return

  • The return period starts on the day the product is delivered and ends after 30 days.
  • All items which were originally included with the product should be returned, including antennas, cables, components, manuals, etc.
  • Returns should be placed in an outer shipping box to avoid any damage to the original product packaging.
  • Please write the RMA number that we provide you with on the outside of the shipping box. This will ensure your return is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Please do not write on, tape or damage the original retail product packaging that the product came in.
  • Refunds will be made for the original purchase price including tax paid, minus any applicable restocking fees (see below). Shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
  • Products that were not authorized to be returned, sent freight collect, mailed after the return period has expired, or are significantly damaged may be subject to a restocking fee.
