30 Day Money Back Guarantee

At Wilson Signal Booster, we know that everyone’s situation is different and in some cases, it’s possible that a signal booster may not work quite like you had hoped. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day return policy during which you can return your order for a refund, provided that you meet the following Terms and Conditions.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, you should receive an email notification of your refund within 10 business days, depending on the number of items that need to be processed. If after 10 business days you have not received an email notification of your refund, then please contact us and we'll follow up for you.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions

  • The return period starts on the day the product is delivered and ends after 30 days.
  • All products being returned must be in original condition with no scratches, dents, or other damage. All original items must be returned, including, but not limited to, antennas, cables, components, manuals, and all original packaging materials.
  • Returns must be placed in an outer shipping box to avoid any damage to the product packaging.
  • Any RMA numbers must be written on the outer shipping box.
  • Retail product packaging must not be written on, taped, or otherwise damaged in any way.
  • Refunds will be made for the original purchase price including tax paid minus any applicable restocking fees (see below). Shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
  • Products that were not authorized to be returned, sent freight collect, mailed after the return period has expired, or that do not meet any of these terms and conditions may be rejected or subjected to a restocking fee of up to 20%, at our discretion.
  • If an item is not accepted for return, at the customer’s option, it may be mailed back to the customer at their own expense.
