Can I make changes to my order?

Depending on where in the order process we are, we can sometimes make changes for you. If you want to update the billing or delivery address, please call us at 888-974-8237 or email us at sales@wilsonsignalbooster.com as soon as possible with the updated information. As long as your order has not shipped yet, we can generally make those changes for you.

If you are looking to make a product change, and as long as your order has not shipped yet, we will need to speak with you directly in order to make any order or product change. Call us as soon as you recognize you need to make a change so we can stop your order from processing, and one of our representatives will be glad to assist you.
If you are wanting to make a delivery method change, contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not shipped yet, and depending on what time of day you call, we can sometimes make delivery option changes (i.e., from Regular Ground to Overnight Delivery, etc.). If you upgrade from one delivery option to a higher (or lower) delivery method, we will provide you with information on the cost difference and assist you with making that change.
